Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy)

TGK Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "We") has established a personal information protection policy as described below, and we shall provide a mechanism for protecting personal information. Ensuring that all of our employees understand the importance of protecting personal information, as well as our procedures, we plan to promote the protection of personal information.

If we have received a request from you, including queries, modification or deletion of personal information, we will handle that after confirming your identity.

■Compliance of laws and regulations and a review of this policy

We shall abide by Japan's laws and regulations which apply to personal information, as well as other norms, and we shall also review the terms of this policy and improve them as appropriate.
